The day begins with yoga to awaken vital energy, followed by nature walks among vineyards and green hills. In the afternoon, an hour of mindfulness to free the mind from thoughts, to conclude the evening dinner in company with typical dishes and local wines .
The farmhouse surrounded by nature allows the experience of the Bio Spa with natural sauna and massages .
